Students got a hands-on introduction to TouchDesigner — the node-based software behind interactive installations and real-time visuals — building projects from the ground up, working with CHOPs, TOPs, POPs and COMPs, making visuals audio-reactive and driving them with body tracking via MediaPipe, and leaving with a working prototype of an interactive installation.

Students coded their own net art using the web as both medium and canvas — learning HTML, CSS and JavaScript, how to host sites with GitHub, and creative coding libraries like p5.js, Three.js and MediaPipe, all within the historical context of net art.
